SHIPPING POLICY

Plants are shipped bare-root, without soil or pots, to ensure safe transit and reduce shipping stress.

We ONLY ship within the U.S..

Each plant is carefully wrapped to protect the roots and leaves during shipment.

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment is received, excluding weekends and holidays.

Shipping is handled via USPS Gound, and tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped. If you would like to send your order with USPS Priority Mail, It would be additional charge.

Please note that minor cosmetic stress—such as slight leaf wrinkles or temporary color changes—may occur during transit. This is normal, and plants typically recover quickly with proper care after arrival.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Due to the live nature of plants, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.

If your plant arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Be sure to include clear photos of the plant and the original packaging so we can properly assess the issue.

Approved claims will be handled on a case-by-case basis, and we may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

We are not responsible for damage caused by improper care after delivery, delays by the carrier, or environmental conditions beyond our control.
